First FS Products is no longer in business, KACARS free is old and outdated, but we like it. It's simple and it does what we wan't it to do.
OK, so here's the install and setup for KACARS free.
Step 1. You will need to have FSUIPC installed in flight sim FSX, P3D, FS2020 and XPUIPC for X-Plane.

Choose you airline, in this case you would choose FSVintageAIR
Step 4.
You will put your Callsign and password in here
